Dominic Feeney, CBE Systems Director, is to provide a seminar at the inaugural SHOP Retail Forum on Wednesday 26th September at 3pm.
Free to attend over the three days of SHOP 2012 and featuring vital information and expertise, the forum will combine keynote presentations, expert panels and content-rich seminars to cover the key issues in the Irish retail market.
This programme of independent and expert advice will include first-hand experiences from high profile presenters, and provide visitors with both inspiration and practical guidance to help build their own retail business and tackle the challenges of the current climate.
Dominic’s presentation entitled “The future of retail technology and the modern consumer” will focus on the benefits that technology will bring for both the retailer and the consumer. Shoppers are much more tech savvy than ever before and with the continued rise of mobile usage, retailers need to understand and meet the demands of the modern customer.
Dominic has vast experience in all aspects of retail technology. With a Commerce and I.T. background, he started at CBE in 1993 and worked in various project and management roles before joining the board as Systems Director in 1999. Dominic oversees CBE’s continuous innovation and product development programme throughout the UK and Ireland.
